My handmade unique products are now available on a wholesale basis.

 

step 1

Eligibility

A wholesale reduction of 50% will be applied to an order of over £500. 

 

step 2

Stock list

Please list all the pieces you want to order, once the total order value is over £500, the 50% Wholesale discount can then be applied.

 

step 3

Place order

Once you have decided what quantity of items you wish to order then fill out the contact form with your list of pieces and quantities. I will get back to you with availability.

 

step 4

Order confirmation, availability and payment

Once your order has been received, I will send you a confirmation of order and I can let you know how long the delivery will be. Some items will be in stock and others I will have to make. This will decide the end delivery date. Payment is via BACs transfer, once payment is received then the order will be shipped to you. 

 

step 5

Delivery

your delivery should arrive within 14 days of payment. I will notify you of any changes to this delivery timing.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TRADE ORDERS

All orders will be confirmed by email with an estimated delivery date. The designs are made to order, so please allow 3 to 6 weeks while I make your items, longer in busier periods. If you are in a hurry for some items for a particular exhibition please enquire by phone or email.

 

ORDERS AND POSTAGE
I have a minimum order of £250.00 with + £20 UK UPS courier postage

 

VARIATIONS
As all my pieces are totally handmade and finished with variations in colour and form are to be expected. This is inevitable and enhances the individuality of each piece.

 

DELIVERY
Smaller orders are sent First Class and recorded through Royal Mail.
Large orders are sent using a UPS courier
Customs Charges - customers are responsible for any potential import fees levied by their country’s border control.

 

PAYMENT
Receipt of payment required before creation and dispatch

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS
If on delivery your goods are found to be defective then I must be notified by email within 7 days of the date of delivery otherwise no liability will be accepted.

 

CANCELLATIONS OF ORDERS/ RETURNS
Each order is individually made to your specification therefore returns will not be accepted except by prior arrangement with me. A charge will be made for work undertaken upon the time the written notification of cancellation is received.

 

PRIVACY
Any contact details held will not be shared with anyone but ourselves. You may receive newsletters and promotions both by email and by post from time to time.
